Emir is grown in Nevsehir's high altitude (1000mt) volcanic, single parcel, non-irrigated old vineyards. It has a strong acidity and mineral character, with citrus and drupe notes. It is a terroir wine that reflects the soil and climate characteristics of Cappadoccia. No barrel has been used.

A blend of Syrah and Grenache grapes grown in our vineyard in Kuşçular Village of Urla, with grapes grown in contracted vineyards in Seferihisar Beyler Village; this rosé wine offers a mouthwatering acidity that makes the fresh red fruit flavors even more vibrant.

Harvested from Alicante vineyards in the Beyler village of Seferihisar; the variety of grape is called “Kara Sulu” in its native land, due to its red flesh. It has been macerated with clusters (whole bunch) and matured in 500 liter French oak barrels and egg tank.

Produced in Beyler village of Seferihisar, at an altitude of 130 meters; from grapes grown in 53-year-old, low-yielding, non-irrigated goblet vineyards. Matured for 15 months in 300 and 500 liter medium-aged French oak barrels. Named after Juan Pablo, who believed in the potential of this vineyard the first day he saw it and put endless effort into them.
