Our ultimate goal is to make elegant, fresh, and complex wines. We believe that the best wines are those that purely and clearly reflect the region where the grape is grown. Our aim is to create balanced and characteristic wines that reflect the region where the grapes are grown.

Emir is grown in Nevsehir's high altitude (1000mt) volcanic, single parcel, non-irrigated old vineyards. It has a strong acidity and mineral character, with citrus and drupe notes. It is a terroir wine that reflects the soil and climate characteristics of Cappadoccia. No barrel has been used.

“AN” ROZE SYRAH - GRENACHE - CARIGNAN

A blend of Syrah and Grenache grapes grown in our vineyard in Kuşçular Village of Urla, with grapes grown in contracted vineyards in Seferihisar Beyler Village; this rosé wine offers a mouthwatering acidity that makes the fresh red fruit flavors even more vibrant.

Produced from Öküzgözü grapes grown in Güney, Denizli, which were pressed after maceration, together with the clusters; Öküzgözü 2022 has a fresh, fruity taste with red fruit flavors. It has been matured in egg tanks to add texture and complexity to the flavor.

Made of local Öküzgözü and Boğazkere varities grown in marl and red clay soils of Denizli's Cal region, at 950m altitude, it is a balanced wine with lively acidity. It has been partially matured in new 500 lt. French oak barrels.

Harvested from Alicante vineyards in the Beyler village of Seferihisar; the variety of grape is called “Kara Sulu” in its native land, due to its red flesh. It has been macerated with clusters (whole bunch) and matured in 500 liter French oak barrels and egg tank.

With this blend, we have brought together Carignan and Alicante, which are two varieties of grapes that have grown in this terroir for decades, but which are now almost about to disappear. We named this new born energy that arises from these stars of the vineyard as "Supernova"

Produced in Beyler village of Seferihisar, at an altitude of 130 meters; from grapes grown in 53-year-old, low-yielding, non-irrigated goblet vineyards. Matured for 15 months in 300 and 500 liter medium-aged French oak barrels. Named after Juan Pablo, who believed in the potential of this vineyard the first day he saw it and put endless effort into them.
